We assist consumers in comparing, selecting, and enrolling in health insurance plans offered by private carriers and through the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (Healthcare.gov).
Our services include providing health insurance quotes, answering questions about available coverage options, and assisting with the enrollment process. We do not charge consumers a fee for our services. We are compensated by insurance carriers through standard broker commissions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website and services. By submitting a quote request or engaging with our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete.
3. User Responsibilities
When using our website and services, you agree to:

How to Opt Out
You may revoke your consent to receive SMS text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from KJM Health LLC. Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will confirm your removal and cease SMS communications within a reasonable timeframe.

- Changes in plan availability, pricing, or eligibility criteria.
- Open enrollment periods and special enrollment period qualifications.
We do not guarantee that any specific plan, premium rate, or subsidy amount will be available to you. Final plan selection, pricing, and eligibility are determined by the insurance carrier or CMS, not by KJM Health LLC.
6. Independent Broker Disclaimer
KJM Health LLC is an independent health insurance brokerage. We are:
- Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the United States government.
- Not a part of, or representative of, the federal Medicare program, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), or any other government agency.
- Not an insurance company. We do not underwrite, issue, or administer insurance policies.
We act as a licensed intermediary between you and insurance carriers. Any insurance policy you purchase is a contract between you and the issuing insurance carrier, not KJM Health LLC.
